We are genuine when we say that your visit and support is very important for Gran Futbolista so we do our best to ensure that your order is processed quickly and with care. Once you have placed your order you will be sent an email to confirm the details.We are a Croatian based. All prices are in EUR – euro and include (VAT). We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
PayPal
You may wish to use PayPal using your PayPal account or your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. You will be taken to the Paypal payment page to make your secure payment and we do not have access to your card or account details.
CREDIT CARD
For the protection of your data, the system does not allow charging a higher amount or access to your credit card number. We only see the transaction number that is sent for payment or cancellation of an order that, for some reason, we cannot fulfill.Customer credit card data are NOT FOUND in the database of Gran Futbolista j.d.o.o., but exclusively on the bank's server. Gran Futbolista j.d.o.o. does not have access to the Customer's banking data.Our online store employees do not have access to your credit card number at any time. They only have access to the number of the authorized transaction, which allows for the charging of the entire or partial amount of the agreed transaction or its cancellation for reasons agreed with the Customer.
DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS
We currently offer some discounts towards consecutive purchases from our store. Please note that only one discount/voucher can be redeemed per purchase. This includes gift vouchers and Valued Customer Gift discounts. We request that Gift vouchers and Valued Customer Vouchers be used within 6 months of date of purchase.
